Information we collect:

The information we collect may change from time to time, depending on the requirements of the research project. Here are some examples of information we may collect to determine if you might qualify for a research project:
When we are doing recruiting ourselves, we may collect contact information, such as name, email address, and phone numbers. When we are working with a recruiter, we will expect the recruiter to retain all contact information and not share it with us.
We may collect business-related information to determine if your company meets the criteria of our research project, such as the number of employees, annual sales, and the number of locations.
It is common for us to collect demographic information such as age, gender, profession, education, and other background information. We are often seeking a representative mix of your geographic area or purchasing segment and will limit our search to a specific number of individuals who meet such demographics.
We do not share any personally identifying information with our clients or research service providers. We commonly share first names and last initials and only information pertinent to your qualification for the study. In cases of studies dealing with sensitive information, we offer individuals the opportunity to use a pseudonym.

Data security:

We do not maintain a database of research participants. Within 6-months of the completion of the research, we delete all of the participant information from the study.
We almost always record our research sessions. We share these recordings with the client, a transcription service, and an online analysis tool. We delete all of these assets within one year of the completion of the research.
